These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and Kamil Domanski, the individual creator and owner of Singora ("I", "me", or "my"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the app or the website.
Singora is a singing and voice training app designed to help you learn to sing with guided vocal workouts and real-time pitch feedback. By using the app, you agree to use it only for personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with applicable laws.
Singora works without an account. Your progress, scores, voice range and settings are stored locally on your device. You can delete this data at any time from your Profile using the "Delete my data" option.
The app stores your workout results, scores, streaks and voice range on your device to personalize your experience and show your progress. The microphone is used only to analyze the pitch of your voice in real time on the device — your singing is not recorded or uploaded.
Singora is free to download and includes a selection of free lessons. A Premium subscription unlocks the full curriculum — every workout, theory lesson and progress feature.
All content in the app and on the website (including text, graphics, audio, workouts, lessons, design, and branding) is owned by Kamil Domanski, unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, distribute, or use any content without permission.
Singora Premium is offered as auto-renewable subscription plans (for example weekly or yearly, subject to change). Both plans typically include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. The specific pricing, plan options and trial terms applicable to you are shown in the app at the time of purchase and may vary by region or promotion.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel at any time in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. If you cancel, you keep Premium access until the end of the current billing period, and no further payments will be taken.
Payments are processed by the app stores (Apple App Store / Google Play). I never see or store your payment details.
If your plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends. When the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically and your account is charged at the displayed price, unless you cancel before the trial expires. You can cancel the trial at any time in your store account settings.
All purchases and subscriptions are processed and billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Refunds are handled according to the applicable store's policies, and requests must be made directly to Apple or Google. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country (including EU consumer rights).
Singing is a physical activity. Always warm up, stay hydrated, and sing within a comfortable range. If you feel pain, hoarseness or discomfort in your throat, stop practicing and rest. The app is not a substitute for professional medical or vocal-coaching advice; consult a professional if you have concerns about your voice.

I reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, especially if you violate these Terms or use the app in a harmful way.
Singora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While I do my best to keep the app working well, I cannot guarantee that it will always be error-free or available.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, I am not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data, loss of progress, or exposure to third-party content.

I may update these Terms occasionally. If I do, I'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new Terms.
